The year is 2048. North Africa and the Middle East have been devastated by fierce warfare. The civilian population have all been killed or fled the area. Countries have dissolved into battlegrounds. The United States is bogged down in the great global depression and can only supply a few special forces in an attempt to help quell the rising threat.
